Before getting started

Our research contents are accessible from PC and iOS mobile devices. Please read carefully and follow the instructions below before getting started.

As a new user, you will receive a welcome mail with a link to set your Log In credentials. In order to access the website from your PC, go to our home page and click on the Private Area button at the top right-hand side of your screen.

​​​​​​We suggest that you tick the ‘Remember Me’ checkbox if you do not want to re-type your login information on your next visit, and that you add the researchmacro.arcanopartners.com URL to your browser bookmarks.​​​​​

Navigating the website

The home page features our most recent reports, chartbooks and webinars. By clicking on Document Library you will be able to search all documents by text, date or topic.

You may also use the search engine at the top right-hand side of the page to find research contents by text.​​​

Changing your password

You may change your password as many times as you wish. Just click on the arrow next to your ID name to drop down the menu, go to My Profile and click on Pasword Update.

I forgot my password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on ‘Forgot password’. Enter your email and you will receive a link to reset it. The security question is case sensitive, so please make sure you type is just as you did the first time. Authentication failed. Please try again

You may be entering the wrong password. Please check that you do not have Caps Lock enabled. If the error persists, you can click on "I forgot my password" to reset it. 

You have reached the maximum number of devices allowed. Please contact the administrator

Each user can access the website from a maximum of three different devices for security reasons. When this number is exceeded, the system automatically blocks access. Please contact us to activate your new device.

Can I get access from any browser?

The platform works perfectly in all browsers except Internet Explorer

May I change my browser?

Yes, whenever you want to. Sign in, go to "My Profile", and click on ‘Change Password’. 

May I gain access from my mobile devices?

Yes, from both iPads and iPhones (Android devices are temporarily disabled). To do so, go to the Apple Store and download the ‘Arcano Economic Research’ app.

Why do I have to answer the security question?

The security question will allow you to reset your password in case you forget it.
