The criteria for implementing and exit plan is unclear across countries, and the impact of the measures that will guide the reactivation of the economy are uncertain. The consequence for making a wrong decision in this context will be severe. In the case of Spain, there is still a strict lockdown, and it has not been outlined either when it will be lifted, or what the exit strategy for the economy – in the form of opening calendar by activity – will be.  When and how they materialise will greatly affect economic projections. This report is our reasoned attempt to shed light, in an easy-to-read way, on many of these questions.
