2. Conditions of use by the User
Any person accessing this website assumes the condition of User, undertaking not to use the Website or the information contained therein to carry out activities contraty to the Law, morality or public order and, in general, to use it in accordance with the conditions established by the entity. The User is responsible for the opinions, contents and, in general, for all the activities that he/she carries out, and cannot hold the entity responsible for any damages that may derive from these activities that are beyond and its control and of which it is effectively unaware. The User undertakes to provide true, accurate and complete information about their entity in the sections where it is neccessary for them to register in order to access them. Furthermore, he/she undertakes to keep the personal data that may be provided to the domain owner up to date, and is therefore solely responsible for any false or inaccurate information that he/she may provide. Please note that if you are a minor you must obtain permission from your parents, guardians or legal representatives in order to access the services provided. Arcano is not responsible in the event that the date on this subjects are inaccurate or false. The Website may only be used for legal purposes. 1. RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA COLLECTED

2. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION AND LEGAL BASIS
The User´s personal data will be processed for the following puporses:
2.1 Personal data processed by accessing the website
By simply accessing the website, the entity collects the IP address and other data relating to the connection and its origin.

- Retention periods: The data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve the User´s request for contact. Subsequently, they will be blocked and and kept for 3 years in order to deal with any possible liabilities arising from the processing.
2.3 Account creation form for the private area
ARCANO will process the data provided through the registration form in order to manage the user´s registration and access to the private area.
- Purpose: To manage the registration and access, as well as te provision of ARCANO services through the private area. To send commercial communications in the event that the User has not objected through the corresponding box on the form.
- Legal Basis: The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the need to execute a contractual or similar relationship in order to manage the registration and access to the private area.
- Retention periods: The data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely in time until the user decides to unsuscribe from the website or by exercising their right of opposition or deletion.
2.4 AER subscription form and Premium service
ARCANO will process the data provided through the corresponding subscription form in order to manage the user´s registration for Premium and AER services on the website.
- Purpose: To manage the registration in the subscription to the specific services, as well as the provision of ARCANO services for this type of services in which the user has registeres. To send commercial communications to those users who have not objected through the corresponding box on the form.
- Legal Basis: The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the need to execute a contractual or similar relationship to manage the registration of subscriptions on the website and the legitimate interest in receiving commercial communications.
- Retention Period: The data will be processed for this purpose indefinitely in time until the user decides to unsuscribe from the website or by exercising their right of opposition or deletion.
2.5 Subscription form to “Receive the Arcano Global Research Briefs for Free”
- Purpose: To manage the subscription of specific communications. To send commercial communications to those users who have given their consent.
- Legal Basis: The legal basis that legitimises this processing is the consent expressed at the time of sending the query using the form and the consent given to receive commercial communications.
- Retention Periods: The data will be processed for the time necessary to resolve the User´s request for contact. Subsequently, they will be blocked and kept for 3 years in order to deal with any possible liabilities arising from the processing.
3. OTHER PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1 Cookies and similar
ARCANO uses cookies and other similar mechanisms for storing and retrieving data on terminal equipment (hereinafter referred to as cookies).
Cookies are files that are downloaded to the User´s browser and can be read later by the entitiy. In this way, cookies allow various functionalities, such as, for example, recognising a User who has previously accesed the website and being able to analyse the use of the seb service in order to improve it.
However, it is not possible to find out the identitly of the User from the cookies used by the entity, unless the User provides additional information by other means and these can be linked to the cookies downloaded.

4. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS AND ASSIGNMENTS
The personal data of the users of the website may be communicated to third parties in the following cases and circumstances:
- Public Administrations, Courts and/or Tribunals in order to comply with legal obliations affecting certain processing operations.
- To financial institutions, auditors of the Company for the purposes of managing the services contracted.
- Other companies in the Arcano Partners Group, of which ARCANO forms part, when this neccesary to provide the services requested by the user, for administrative purposes and to comply with legal obligations. In particular, your personal data may be communicated to the following companies of the Arcano Group: Arcano Asesores Financieros (head Company of the group) and Arcano Corporate, S.L.U. We also share your data with third party service providers who process data on behalf of ARCANO which whom we have established the conditions and requerements for using personal data in a contract.
Apart from these cases, users´ personal data will not be disclosed to any other thirds party, except with the user´s consent or, where appropiate, on any other legitimate basis processing as provided for in Article 6 of the GDPR.
Finally, we inform you that your data may be transferred to suppliers or companies of the Arcano Group, which may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), provided that the transfer is for the purposes described above, on the basis of the signature with such companies located outside the EEA of Standard Data Protection Clauses adopted by the European Commission for international transfers or on the basis of an adequacy decision of the Comission or other transfer mechanism provided for by data protection regulations.
5. SENDING COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS
ARCANO informs the user that the commercial communications requested by the user or if the user has not objected to receiving them by ticking the corresponding boxes on the forms.
In each communication, the user may object to receiving this type of information through the specific mechanisms for processing the unsubscription, as well as requesting, where appropiate, the right to revoke consent, opposition or deletion.
6. WHAT RIGHTS THE USER HAS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM
Data protection regulations guarantee Users the following rights:
- Access: Allow the User to know what information is held, where it has been obtained from, to whom it has been provided and for what purposes it has been processed.

7. SECURITIES MEASURES
ARCANO shall apply the relevant technical and/or organisational security measures in order to reinforce the security of users' personal data, systems, communications environment and corporate organisation, as well as to guarantee due protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against their loss, destruction or incidental damage.
However, the user must be aware that security measures on the Internet are by no means impregnable and respond to the state of the art at any given time and the cost of their application.
8. VALIDITY AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
ARCANO reserves the right to modify this policy in order to adapt it to future legislative, doctrinal or jurisprudential developments that may be applicable, or for technical, operational, commercial corporate and business reasons, informing users beforehand and reasonably informing them of of the changes that may occur whenever possible.
