In this report we analyse the factors that we believe will determine when there will be a mass return to the office, bringing to an end a period in which remote working has taken hold in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. We have analysed the relationship between remote working and productivity, the experiences of remote versus going to the office in different magnitudes, and considered the hybrid model in order to give a clear answer to the question our report poses.
