Over the last few weeks, Spain has seen a considerable improvement in the public health situation with regard to the COVID-19 pandemic. The decrease in cases and hospital pressure, together with the gradual arrival of more vaccines, paint a hopeful picture for the future. However, since the beginning of the crisis, we have seen how new developments can appear from one week to another, drastically changing the status quo. Currently, we are seeing indicators alerting to a possible upturn in cases in the short term.
