Per our due diligent monitoring of the current banking "challenges", we have released a concise report detailing two pertinent issues today. First, we discuss the expected significant consequences on the real estate market, encompassing residential and commercial properties, following recent fluctuations in key macroeconomic variables. Second, and equally noteworthy,  is the implementation of our own stress test to assess whether the expansion of the tertiary real estate market may pose a new threat to the overall solvency of the banking sector or whether this perceived risk is overstated. This analysis is of utmost importance in shedding light on potential risks, which, if they materialise, could reignite fears for the banking sector and financial markets similar to those experienced last week.
