In Spain, as well as globally, the economic and residential property landscape is becoming increasingly complex, which makes the projection of trends for 2024 more challenging. Our presentation depicts our outlook for the sector in Spain in charts. We analyse the foreseeable evolution of the main catalysts of demand, supply and house prices, not only from the point of view of the end buyer and the attractiveness of the asset for investors, but also the incentives for builders to increase or not their activity.
