Since mid-2021, inflation has been the main source of concern for economic actors, given that excessive price rises reduce spending power and consumption and lead to interest rate hikes. As a consequence, business investment and house buying has fallen. Is the world still focusing on concerns over inflation or is a turning point in sight? Should other factors now be grabbing our attention? In this report we analyse the factors which we should start to play close attention to on the world stage, apart from inflation, and what their main economic and real estate impacts will be.
