Following the continued tightening of the Federal Reserve's rhetoric, widespread global fears have been intensified regarding significant interest rate hikes… and Spain is no exception. Accordingly, today we are publishing a brief document, in which we carry out a detailed analysis in order to understand whether housing prices are in fact under serious threat, given the drastic recent change in interest rates, a key variable for the real estate sector.
