The Spanish residential property sector is in an environment of considerable turbulence, with macroeconomic and microeconomic trends pushing levellers in opposite directions. It is, therefore, challenging to predict their net impact in 2024. In this brief note, we explain and support our forecasts for transactions and prices in 2024 and the direction of new housing projects.
